Annual General Meetings are a valuable opportunity to meet shareholders face to face.  As one of the most important days in a company’s financial calendar it is crucial they are run professionally.

All guests are welcomed with refreshments, advised of washrooms which are on every floor, and the cloakroom attendant will check in coats and bags in a secure room for the duration of the meeting.  Any visitors with disabilities will be escorted personally to the main presentation room.

In the weeks before the AGM, our staff will work seamlessly with your executive team to plan carefully the meeting and help manage complex logistics.

If required, we can liaise on your behalf with your suppliers and registrars, as well as produce recordings or transcripts.

Our largest AGM suite can accommodate up to 140 shareholders seated theatre-style.  The top table seats 14 board members on a raised stage, and an ultra large screen ensures all shareholders can see and hear presentations clearly.  The smaller AGM suite holds up to 45 shareholders, theatre-style.

As AGM attendee numbers can be hard to judge, we have the ability to cater at the last minute for a larger than expected audience. This is done by linking two separate rooms together, in which case we can accommodate up to 250.
